Minimum standards for CCDF voucher funding. Adds minimum eligibility standards for child care providers participating in the federal child care and development fund (CCDF) voucher reimbursement program. Provides for administrative review of an action taken under the law concerning eligibility for CCDF voucher reimbursement. Allows a voucher agent to have access to certain child abuse registry information. (The introduced version of this bill was prepared by the board for the coordination of child care regulation.)
