State house office and parking space. Requires the department of administration to assign parking spaces along Senate Avenue to state employees and visitors with mobility disabilities. Permits the department to reserve a limited number of spaces for satellite transmission vehicles used by electronic media. Prohibits the department from assigning space in the state house to any private entity, other than space assigned for express delivery boxes, newspaper vending boxes, food sales areas owned or operated by visually disabled persons, and ATM machines. Requires the department to reassign any space previously assigned to nongovernmental entities to the legislative council.
