Fuel price gouging. Makes unlawful the sale of fuel at an unconscionable price during a state of emergency declared by the governor. Permits the attorney general to investigate and take action against retailers of fuel who engage in fuel price gouging. Preempts the power of local government to regulate fuel pricing during a state of emergency.
