Law enforcement training. Specifies that the employees of certain university police departments are law enforcement officers. Expands the law enforcement training board to include the police chief of Indianapolis, one sheriff of a county with a population of at least 100,000, and one member of the fraternal order of police.. Requires the police chief executive program to include training on emergency vehicle operation and cultural diversity, and requires the training board to develop a refresher course for certain former law enforcement officers. Authorizes the training board to revoke a law enforcement officer's certification under certain circumstances. Establishes a procedure for revoking an officer's certification. Requires a person who knows of a cause for revocation of an officer's certification to make a report, and provides civil immunity for a report made in good faith. Requires the executive director of the law enforcement training board to have earned a bachelor's degree. Removes obsolete language and makes conforming amendments.
