Wayne County food and beverage tax. Authorizes Wayne County to adopt a food and beverage tax. Provides that the tax may be used to: (1) encourage conventions, visitors, and tourism; (2) encourage and promote economic development; or (3) pay debt service for a tourism or economic development project.
