Jury duty. Provides that a person who appears for jury duty but is not selected has completed the person's jury duty at the end of the first day. Removes certain exemptions from jury duty. Provides that a person is entitled to one deferral of jury duty. Expands the source of names for jury lists to include a person who obtains a driver's license or identification card from the bureau of motor vehicles. Prohibits an employer from requiring an employee to use vacation or other leave for jury duty.
