Electoral college. Provides for allocation of Indiana's presidential electors based on each presidential candidate's proportion of the popular vote in Indiana. Repeals a statute that requires voting systems to contain a statement that voting for candidates for President and Vice President of the United States is considered a vote for the candidates' slate of electors.
