Local road and street account distributions. Provides that the money in the local road and street account is to be distributed among counties according to the ratio of each county's passenger car and pickup truck registrations to the statewide total passenger car and pickup truck registrations. (The current distribution formula disregards pickup truck registrations.) Phases in the change from 2005 to 2008.
