Diversity commissions at state universities. Creates a diversity commission at each state educational institution to: (1) review and approve employment policies concerning diversity; (2) hear faculty and administration personnel complaints concerning diversity; and (3) make recommendations to promote and maintain cultural diversity among faculty members of state educational institutions. Requires the commission to submit a report to the governor and legislative council annually.
