Donation of bone marrow to registry. Requires the bone marrow donor program to include a provision that requires a person to: (1) ask an individual who is receiving a human leukocyte antigen test whether the individual wants to be included on the national bone marrow donor registry; and (2) include the individual's name and information on the registry if the individual agrees to be included on the registry.
