Deceptive acts and attorney general's office. Increases the amount of the civil penalty that the attorney general may recover for a violation of the deceptive practices act. Adds electronic mail and other forms of electronic communication to the types of notice that are permitted for certain types of promotions and contests. Allows a court to appoint a receiver in cases where a deceptive consumer sale is involved.
