Little Calumet River Basin development commission. Replaces the eleven member Little Calumet River Basin development commission with a new five member commission appointed by the governor. Specifies that two of the members must be employees of the department of natural resources. Provides that each of the other three members must have an engineering degree or a real estate appraiser's license, and have at least ten years of work experience.
