County hospital privileges. Provides that chiropractors, optometrists, and podiatrists are eligible to provide patient care at county hospitals. Requires a county hospital's governing board and the board of the health and hospital corporation of Marion County to establish standards to govern practice in the hospital and the granting and retaining of privileges. Requires a hearing before a peer review committee in certain circumstances before a health care provider's privileges are terminated. Exempts from civil liability certain activities of a peer review committee. Revises provision making it an offense to interfere with medical services to include chiropractors, optometrists, and podiatrists.
