Family law mediation. Allows a mediator in a dissolution of marriage, child custody, or child support mediation to inform the court if one or both parties are not negotiating in good faith. Allows a court to: (1) assess mediation expenses against a party who does not negotiate in good faith; and (2) cancel a mediation if a party does not negotiate in good faith.
