Limited criminal history. Renames "limited criminal history" as "statewide criminal history", and defines the term to include information concerning any arrest or criminal charge. (Existing law excludes information older than one year for which there is no disposition.) Makes conforming amendments. Repeals two superseded definitions of "limited criminal history".
