Landlord-tenant law. Changes the definition of "tenant" to include individuals who formerly occupied the dwelling unit. Changes the definition of "rental unit" to include manufactured homes and mobile structures. Amends the definitions of "security deposit" and "landlord". Describes circumstances under which a landlord may enter a tenant's dwelling unit. Removes the ability of a landlord and tenant to change the requirements of the statute under certain circumstances.
