Operator's license reciprocity with another country. Authorizes the commissioner of the bureau of motor vehicles to enter into a reciprocal agreement with another country for the recognition of an operator's license under certain conditions. Requires an applicant for an operator's license, who is the holder of an operator's license or the equivalent of an operator's license that is recognized by the bureau through a reciprocal agreement, to satisfy to the bureau the applicant's identify and proof of legal status in the United States before the license may be issued. Makes conforming amendments.
