Technology textbooks. Requires the governing body of a school corporation to purchase classroom sets of technology textbooks for students to use in school instead of requiring students to rent or purchase the textbooks. Allows the governing body to: (1) charge a reasonable user fee to a student for use of the classroom set of textbooks; and (2) adopt and purchase new technology textbooks every three years.
