Hunting near residences. Makes it a Class B misdemeanor to hunt in a manner that results in a bullet, an arrow, or another projectile passing within 200 yards of an inhabited residence. Makes knowingly or intentionally fishing, trapping, chasing, or hunting on property without the owner's or tenant's permission a Class B misdemeanor (instead of a Class C misdemeanor).
