Environmental crimes study committee. Establishes the environmental crimes interim study committee to develop legislation designed to improve the enforcement of environmental violations by replacing the general penalty structure for environmental violations under current law with a more specific set of penalties. Requires the study committee to operate under the rules of the legislative council and to be staffed by the legislative services agency.
